Victoria Duhring (Herndon) is a 5th generation Uvaldean raised in a family rooted in agriculture, local business, and community leadership. Growing up in Uvalde County, she learned what it means to work hard, keep your word, and take care of the people around you, and she gained firsthand respect for the families who make their living from the land.
